Quarterly Bulletin: Community Livelihoods Grow
A round-up of our entrepreneurship cohort's first savings milestones and new partner schools.
Our Community & Livelihoods programme continued to grow this quarter, alongside encouraging early results from our savings-circle cohorts.
Savings circle milestones. Members of our mothers' savings circles reached their first group savings milestones this quarter — a small but meaningful signal of the household financial stability the programme aims to build over time.
New partner schools. We welcomed new partner schools into our network this quarter, extending our reach into communities we have not previously worked in directly.
What's next. Next quarter, our focus shifts to expanding vocational skills training alongside the livelihoods programme, so that the economic gains families make can be sustained beyond the life of any single grant.
